Definitely an unexpected flavor combination, this vegan bagel burger is one of our week night go-tos! This 30-minute weeknight staple uses an air-fried beyond patty, everything bagels, and creamy vegan cheese.
This is one of our simplest dinner recipes with easy clean up! I highly recommend cooking the burger patty in the air fryer to save time.

Ingredients
- 1 Vegan Beyond Burger (or other plant-based patty)
- 1 Vegan everything bagel
- Vegan cream cheese
- Pickles
- Whole grain old style mustard
- Ketchup
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Beyond Burger according to package directions in an air fryer, flipping the patty halfway through.
- About 5 minutes before the patty is fully cooked, toast the bagel.
- Spread vegan cream cheese on each half of the bagel.
- Add pickles to one of the bagel halves.
- Place the cooked patty on the other half, then top the patty with ketchup and whole grain mustard.
- Assemble the bagel burger, cut it in half, and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
Tips
- We typically cut the bagel in half since it’s easier to pick up any everything bagel seasoning that may fall off.
- Quality bagels work best since it’s one of the main ingredients.
